Meet Emily Owens

From Her Early Days In Boston Emily Always Knew She Would Be Successful. Working As A Freelance Writer For Both Radio And Television Commercials And Later, Working For CBS In The Newsrooms Where She Learned How To Generate Promos, She Was Well On Her Way. But Then Emily’s Life Took An Awful Turn When She Discovered Her Fiancé Of 4 Years Was Being Dishonest. She Quit Her Job At CBS And Moved To California, With Only $200.00 Dollars Left In Her Pocket She Knew She Needed A Job Asap. Thankfully, She Landed A Job At The Wave Newspaper In Los Angeles. However, Working At The Wave Newspaper Was Not Giving Her The Chance To Help Others. So, She Begins Looking For A Job Working With Those Who Were Disable And After About 6 Months Emily Found A Job Providing Services To Others.

She Stayed With This Company For 10 Years Before Deciding To Start Her Own Agency. Today Angel Wings Agency Has Been Around For Nearly 20 Years And Continues To Serve The Disable Community.

As The Founder And The Executive Director Emily Remains Constantly Active In The Program As Well As The Community. With Her Words Of Wisdom And Knowledge She Continues To Provide Sound Advises To Non-Profit Organizations As Well As Young Entrepreneurs. In 2015 Emily Started A Non-Profit 501c3 Organization Called Spread Your Wings.

The Organization Focus On Creating A Support System For Entrepreneurs Who Are Seasoned As Well As Those Who Are Just Getting Started. We Are Here To Motivate, Encourage And Mentor Entrepreneurs To Stay Focus In Pursue Of Their Dreams While Following Their Passion And Developing Their Gifts And Talents. To Further Add To Her Accolades Emily Is An Inspirational Motivational Orator Who Enjoy Spending Her Time As A Guest Speaker At Schools, Churches, And Various Women’s Organizations And Is The Host Of Her Own Pod Cast Show Called Spread Your Wings.
